De plus, l&rsquo;aluminium peut \u00eatre recycl\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;infini sans perdre ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les projets de conception durable comme les stades ou les maisons qui doivent r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des d\u00e9cennies d&rsquo;utilisation sans devenir obsol\u00e8tes avant l&rsquo;heure !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que Paul H\u00e9roult et Charles Hall aient invent\u00e9 le processus de fabrication il y a plus de 100 ans, le mat\u00e9riau fait toujours partie de nombreuses innovations r\u00e9centes. De <a href=\"https:\/\/aluquebec.com\/ceial\/l-aluminium\/alliages-et-applications\/\">nouveaux alliages<\/a> et l&rsquo;augmentation constante du prix de l&rsquo;essence ont fait monter en fl\u00e8che la demande d&rsquo;aluminium au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies. Cela fait de l&rsquo;aluminium un bon choix pour de nombreuses applications structurelles, car il peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments corrosifs. Lorsque le m\u00e9tal est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air, il d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 sa surface une couche d&rsquo;oxyde qui le prot\u00e8ge de toute oxydation suppl\u00e9mentaire. Bien que de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ou \u00e9v\u00e9nements puissent endommager la couche d&rsquo;oxyde, celle-ci se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re imm\u00e9diatement, \u00e0 condition que de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne soit pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;aluminium est plus l\u00e9ger que l&rsquo;acier, et de beaucoup. L&rsquo;industrie spatiale est soumise \u00e0 des exigences strictes de la FAA concernant le poids de chaque composant. L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;alliages d&rsquo;aluminium \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance, comme le AA7075 ou m\u00eame le 2024 T3, permet aux concepteurs de construire des structures et des composants plus l\u00e9gers et solides, tout en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 leurs exigences structurelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cycle de vie&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;aluminium est un mat\u00e9riau tr\u00e8s durable. Il a une longue dur\u00e9e de vie et r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la corrosion. Cela signifie qu&rsquo;il peut durer de nombreuses ann\u00e9es sans perdre sa force ou sa forme initiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement recyclable, de sorte que lorsque l&rsquo;aluminium devra \u00eatre remplac\u00e9, vous n&rsquo;aurez pas \u00e0 vous soucier de l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets : il vous suffira de faire fondre l&rsquo;ancien article et d&rsquo;en refaire quelque chose d&rsquo;autre !
