Il est essentiel de comprendre l&rsquo;importance du serrage au couple ad\u00e9quats des boulons, en particulier lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;acier et d&rsquo;aluminium. Si vous ne respectez pas ces r\u00e8gles, votre structure peut s&rsquo;effondrer lorsqu&rsquo;elle est soumise \u00e0 des contraintes ou \u00e0 des pressions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Serrage 101<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La fixation correcte de l&rsquo;acier et de l&rsquo;aluminium s&rsquo;effectue en serrant les boulons correspondants. Le serrage est le processus de blocage d&rsquo;un boulon. La fa\u00e7on la plus courante de le mesurer est d&rsquo;utiliser une cl\u00e9 dynamom\u00e9trique dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;une jauge \u00e0 \u00e9chelle r\u00e9glable, qui indique la quantit\u00e9 de couple appliqu\u00e9e. Le couple est la force de rotation appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 un boulon ou \u00e0 un \u00e9crou qui peut \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e en pieds-livres (ft-lb) ou en newtons-m\u00e8tres (Nm). Cela peut avoir de graves cons\u00e9quences, car les boulons desserr\u00e9s peuvent causer des dommages importants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Travaux de structure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un boulon structurel doit pouvoir r\u00e9sister \u00e0 une certaine force avant de c\u00e9der. Sp\u00e9cifiquement, lorsque l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques influera sur la pression exerc\u00e9e sur ces pi\u00e8ces de quincaillerie pour qu&rsquo;elles fonctionnent efficacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous voulez vous assurer que vos boulons sont correctement serr\u00e9s, il est sage d&rsquo;utiliser une cl\u00e9 dynamom\u00e9trique. Le bon outil peut vous aider \u00e0 \u00e9viter de trop serrer les boulons, ce qui peut endommager \u00e9galement les \u00e9crous.
