Year of conception : 2013

Description :  The City of Chandler, in the Gaspé Peninsula, has made news around the world with the design and construction of the world’s longest span aluminum footbridge across the mouth of Pabos Bay and Chaleur Bay.
This project is part of the Circuit des bâtisseurs, a historical trail in the heart of the City of Chandler and the Baie des Chaleurs. This bicycle path, which is also a pedestrian path, is four kilometers long.
Until now, this route stopped at the mouth of the Grand-Pabos River. The development of a link between the two shores became necessary to allow the population and the visitors to familiarize themselves with the history of Chandler and its two sides of the bay.

Marina Havre-St-Pierre

Coordinates
Year of conception : 2001
Conception : Charles Savard, WSP
Chief engineer : Yann Ropars
Description : The Havre St-Pierre marina is one of REMAC’s greatest achievements, not only because of its commercial use, but also because of its ultra-robust, maintenance-free design and unique configuration that allows it to remain in the ice during the winter season. More than 20 years after its installation, the marina has never needed to be modified or refurbished.
